The service
Asisty is a tool for licensed real-estate brokers in Israel to prepare and send brokerage documents for signature, keep clients and schedule showings and meetings. Access is by invitation.
The broker's responsibility
The broker is responsible for holding a valid licence, for the accuracy of the documents and of the client data entered, and for having the client's consent to process that data and to send messages and invitations to them.
Third-party services
Google (sign-in and Calendar) and WhatsApp are third-party services used under their own terms. Asisty does not send WhatsApp messages by itself: the broker sends them from their own number. Handling of Google data is described in the privacy policy.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or ended for misuse or at the broker's request. The broker can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in the profile.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Asisty does not give legal advice; the broker checks that a document fits the deal before sending it.
