How agreements and data are protected
In short, without jargon: what happens to an agreement once it's sent
- One-time link
- A link can be signed only once; after signing it opens only a read-only PDF
- 7 days
- An unsigned link expires on its own after a week
- The agreement's digital fingerprint (SHA‑256)
- We record a "fingerprint" of the text before signing, after it and of the PDF, so any change shows
- Event log
- Every action is recorded with its time: sending, opening, signing, downloading
- Certificate in the PDF
- The last page of the PDF: the parties, IP, approximate city, Jerusalem time, the fingerprint chain
- Access control
- Sign-in by invitation only. Clients, listings, meetings and leads are shared by everyone in this Asisty workspace; a broker's documents and deals are visible only to them.
Deal text entered in the assistant is processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to extract fields.
